So you were all essentially held captive watching VIPs drinking 😭.Luckily I watched it on TH-cam skipping 3 hours.I'm still shocked Aurelia wasn't in the top 5!!Georgia was great.Prisca really wanted to win,she was prepared and she deserved it.

Rina , thank you for your response which I’ve been dying to see ! I just knew that your main issue would be the length of Miss Namibia … I landed up watching the TH-cam broadcast here in England the day after! To be fair I landed up fast forwarding through most of the event ! I must say that I thought that when the contestants were actually on stage in all the different stages & in really fabulous designs , the contestants all did extremely well , they’d clearly practiced all the choreography which I thought was brilliant! I had the Top 3 correct, except I had Georgia as 1st runner up instead of Lena ! By the way I did try to catch footage of you when the cameras were sweeping around the guest’s! Thank you for sharing a photo of you : you looked totally glamorous & beautiful in your black outfit x The Miss Namibia organisation should take heed of your points : they are spot on ! Actually you should be a judge : you have it in you x
I was so disappointed when Jodalee didn't make first runner up because her answer was so great.
You do great reviews of these shows. You need to be working in tv production. I can't wait to see a video Reviewing all African candidates to MU Mexico 2024.
I think Namibia has a lot more to learn about organizing Miss Namibia, the ads were too much and people will definitely loss interest and most importantly finish their datas coz of how long it takes to finish
I absolutely agree with you Rina switch the TV off the miss Namibia organization should ask some advice to miss South Africa organization I'm sorry to say this but it was an absolute mess

I felt badly for people who were there in person (like you and your partner) attending this pageant with only 10 contestants competing and it lasting 4+ hours. It was a bore and not being from Namibia, I had no idea who any of these people being interviewed were. And frequently the two hosts (you definitely only needed one) would say things like, “it’s time to pay some bills..” which was tacky and really only served to endlessly and repetitively highlight the sponsors and not the women themselves. Since I was watching live online, I did things around my house while the pageant was on in the background. Some of the “entertainment” on stage was also very questionable at best, but fortunately I could walk away and do other things while they performed. Anything involving the women in actual competition was enjoyable- the advocacy segments, gown, swimsuit, etc, but the overall length of the pageant was laughably bad. I do wish I knew more about each of the women during the actual competition or who was who- why couldn’t the host have announced each contestant as she did her walk?!? The Top 5 was solid overall. In Q&A, Prisca sold it and REALLY wanted that crown. One of the runners up looked incredibly disappointed that she hadn’t won and that was clear to see (my advice: find the right time offstage to be so visibly sad). Jamila was stunning and she’ll be missed. Hoping Prisca can get the additional training she needs to be competitive at Miss Universe. Thank you for your review, Rina! I recommend watching the pageant from the comfort of your home next year! 😉

I watched it on TH-cam and it was horrible the sound was just as bad on TH-cam for real during the top 5 Q&A we couldn’t hear one judge question to one of the girls it went mute !!!! then suddenly we just heard the girl answering but what was the question ?
The hosts mic was also bad most times both women looked last like who’s turn is it to speak
The girl was crowned at midnight my time, I was disappointed.
And to be honest seeing how horrible that was I couldn’t keep up with the girls no sash , no names , no number only at the beginning I think I couldn’t keep up! I didn’t know who was who , who did what, I was just praying for it to end so i don’t care for the winner I didn’t get attached to her
But Good luck to her in her miss universe journey.
