Only thing the item needs now is the particle effects 🤣
the most reasonable nerf for this item that makes it balance and still very good on DoT units is makes the passive has cooldown. like 1/2 second before the passive can be trigger again. it makes units like teemo and morgana not straight up melted whole board in 2 casts but also still makes them playable and strong
you know why its eazy to get teemo 3 ? cuz no one in the right mind will be using a teemo carry. nice vid btw now im abusing this

hey Lemu. i have a question. did you encounter bug in pbe? because currently i found a bug that makes everyone in that match cannot equip item at all. its been there since yesterday. do you have any info about it? thanks you in advance

Is it just me or does the MR negating part of the item not stack? Looks like the mana collection does but the MR decreases at -5 per tick, instead of -10 as it should...
Even if it worked i think two blighting jewels is overkill. Youd be better off with a deathcap
