For short absolute Jump instruction, at last, you have mentioned it as 2 byte instruction. Does it really a 2 byte instruction? Ex: ACALL opcode ( ACALL) = 1 byte. operand ( address 11-bit) = 2 byte. It seems total is (1byte + 2byte) = 3byte instruction.
