hi old school, Size wise,, could be female, but it is also standing quite erect. but once flapping it does Not have much in dark coverts/feathers, underneath,, so I'm thinking a big male???? Sorry, I just became one those people that review/comment, yet have no positive answer. maybe Ed will reply. Ed may favor Peregrines, but I see he won't put the beautiful Prairie down,,, denial :)
