Today, I'm going to make a beautiful fruit jelly cheesecake with a whole cheesecake inside the jelly.
After all, the color that nature gives is very beautiful.
Even if you don't have a special decor, just attaching fruit makes it such a beautiful cake.
Cheesecakes that don't usually bake are too creamy, so if you've been burdened with it, try making this cake.

(237ml = 1 cup)
♥ Fluffy Vanilla Sponge cake
(Mold size: 15cm*7cm)
Egg 3
75g sugar (1/3 cup + 1/2 Tbsp)
A pinch of salt
3ml vanilla extract
20g honey (1 Tbsp+ 1 tsp)
30 g milk (2 Tbsp)
95 g (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp) cake flour
30 g unsalted butter (2 Tbsp)
♥ Cheesecake full of freshness
270g cream cheese (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
160 g unsweetened yogurt (3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp)
95 g sugar (7 Tbsp)
5ml Vanilla extract (1 tsp )
10 g lemon juice (2 tsp)
7g powdered gelatin (1 Tbsp)
35g water (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
150g Heavy cream (50% whipped) (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp-before whipping)
♥ Transparent lemon jelly
75 g (1/2 cup) powdered gelatin
375 g water (1 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp)
750 g (3 cups + 2 Tbsp) hot water
250 g (1 cup + 4 Tbsp) sugar
50g lemon juice (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)

Strawberry, kumquat (not orange), dragon fruit, mango, Shine Muscat, red cherry, kiwi (for insert)

Thickness: 0.08mm / Width: 1M
Characteristic

Did the jelly leak out of the firm? I tried to make it once but this didn't work. Do you have Tipps?
Yes just make sure the gladwrap is wrapped up and I use Elastic bands I pour a little in and if I see It leak a bit I just put that into the fridge to make a seal and then pour the rest of the jelly in with a spoon best of luck
