Sam's away in the jungle, but before he went down under we made sure he came face to face with his nemesis Roman Kemp!
When it comes to I'm A Celeb, Roman has been there and done that so it meant he could give some tips and tricks to Sam ahead of him going in.
Roman also recalls some fabulous stories about his escapes being a super successful radio presenter tv presenter from a young age... eek sorry Sam!

Sam and Pete are just iconic, they dont realise how "relevent" they are. old school watchers, made in chelsea, the only way is Essex and ex on the beach kind era, and all these years later im still watching them. I applaud the conversations about suicide, it's not an easy topic to discuss but people should feel free to discuss at any time. Personally, I really disagree with suicide being seen as selfish. The person who has committed suicide is in so much mental/physical distress that they have done an unthinkable action. If you have never been actively suicidal you will never know or be able to conceive of living in that kind of pain, suffering and torment. So while grief is a burden that is left with you to carry, I don't believe you have the right to call them selfish for them making a choice that they felt was there only option to be free from insufferable pain that is beyond your own comprehension or experience. I appreciate everyone will have a different opinion on this, and it's not to say that mine is right or wrong. But as someone who was actively suicidal for almost a year, I have the utmost empathy for those who had to give up their own life to find peace. And it hurts me and I'm sure many others when people call them selfish. Everyone is an individual, it is your own life and your own choice, no one will ever walk a day in your shoes, so you shouldn't judge or condone people. Mental health support services are key to helping people like me find hope in the darkest times. And more open discussion about suicide is definitely helpful, but I really hope if you have the opinion that suicide is a selfish act, you take the time to reflect and open your mind to the possibility that some people who commit suicide are not selfish, they are in insufferable pain and are brave for every day have fought this and they should be treated and talked about with the respect they deserve for this. And while we grieve, we should only hope that they are at peace finally.
This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST episode so far!

Wow. Never knew Roman’s best friend took his own life. Lost my brother to suicide in 2010. He’s spot on you do feel angry & then you feel guilty for being angry at them. It’s a very confusing situation to navigate. My brother was also the happiest person I’ve ever met, sometimes with mental health it’s masking. I wouldn’t wish the heartbreak/heartache of losing someone in this manner on anyone. Glad Roman is bringing awareness to it & opening up the dialogue further ❤

Totally agree with Roman.. mental health needs to be focused on within schools. Have to admit social media does play a big part with children and the way they see themselves, through "likes" and they way they should look.
My thoughts are with all those who are struggling (trust me I understand ). But please reach out and talk to anyone.. it may seem bad in the moment, but it can pass, if you reach out and allow another to listen ❤

I found him obnoxious 😮. I dont wana sound too mean but he took all the fun and jokes out of all the podcast.
Its a comedy podcast and i didnt laugh once.. (I am NOT referring to the heartfelt part, that was genuine)
All Roman kemp did was name drop. Its a podcast about jokes and mis-haps. He took over the entire show. He name dropped time and time again, unprompted by questions, and he was not a very good story teller, his stories were to long; so long that by the supposed punchline it fell flat and Sam had to fake a laugh to keep the energy high. He took so long telling his famous people stories that some even had to be edited and cut.
Im sorry, coz i sound mean, but Pete barely even said a word. It was basically the Roman Kemp show.
Regarding the depression bit, props, but that doesnt make him less obnoxious the rest of the show.
Ps: suicide is NOT selfish. He has no clue about mental health. He sounded entitled. So his mate was always fun pfff he just never saw. Bye.
These two need to come out of the closet. Sam is clearly only with Zara to cover up the fact that these two are really together in a same sex relationship.
I don't know why they are so desperate to hide the fact that they are gay.
