Xiana pair programming: Creating a template for Xiana with deps.new.

Deps.new (from Sean Corfield) will create a template that can create a new project, generating file names and adjusting their contents as required with a neat templating language. Out of the box, it will handle creating Clojure namespace names, and file paths. But we found that sometimes the names we were creating for a Postgres db were not working correctly.
