I really love the attention to detail in your vocal samples, how Spongebob doesn't pronounce "early" like Mr. Krabs and how he doesn't have the same sailory accent, like with the dropping of the "g" in words ending in "ing" like "morning".

@@arandompasserby7940 a few months ago i hated every single one of these "spongebob ai" videos cause it sounded so awful (especially because some people couldn't even be bothered to correct the mispronunciations on sometimes 15 second long videos) but in about half a year we've gone from sentence mixing to something that actually sound believable
@@croatianrabbit5748 I was in the same boat. It used to be so grating, even when they were just talking. It had that uncanny cadence that all of those old AI voices used to have.
Now it's getting to the point where I'm worried the VA's are going to put a stop to this tech. It'll put them out of work...😢

I'm impressed! Despite Patrick being drunk, the opening segment feels very in-character, something you can actually see them doing, rather than some edgy twist.
Ironically if they just alluded to him being drunk ir would be perfect

@@IaMaPh1991 sorta. The line is kinda blurry. You know how image generation uses noise and works that noise into an image? Or how you can give an image generator an image and it'll make a new image with a similar look? Its kinda like that but for audio.

I really like it when AI covers go further with the voice by having impressions of the character as reference audio. It gives the vocals a lot more depth and accuracy to the source material.

It is 8:14 am on June 1st 2023 I am going into my senior year of highschool in August and this song makes me feel a wave of calm. I look around and I see my cats and the mess in my house and I cannot help but feel calm. I felt a strong urge to write this, im not sure why, maybe future me will come back to this silly video and remember this moment and the nostalgia I feel with it.
Here we are one year later, June 12th 2024 I have graduated from highschool sitting in the same seat I sat in over a year ago and I'm proud of myself, my senior year went spectacularly and I am now a man. My life is full of wonder and there will be more to come in these years.

The intro is what perfects it for me the first 5 seconds sounds like something you'd hear from a Paramount/Nickelodeon aired episode and then Mr. Krabs says "Aye me boy. He seems to be dRUNK." Love the og movie reference too

Fun fact: "the Captain's Daughter" does not refer to the captain's actual daughter, but the flog used to punish the crew for wrong doing. So, if they did something to earn being "put in the bed with the Captain's Daughter", they were tied to the mast and flogged until the captain or bosun felt they had been punished enough.

@@xs0528 I learned a few years ago, myself. If someone did something especially horrible, they were keel-hauled. This is when they are tied to a rope, then thrown overboard at the bow (front of the boat), and dragged along underneath. What makes this especially bad is that the barnacles and other sealife growing on the hull would lascerate the person, sometimes to death.
