I am from Russia. Thank you for interesting lesson! There are many books I had read, which teach people to good with emotions: Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Chekhov... But many people, who also had read this books, prefer live as if you have not read this books... I think it is non enough only read good books, people mast be have a God in their hearts and remember Who children they are...

Hi. I'm from Vietnam. Recently I had read a book, which name is Only Love Is Real of Brian L.Weiss - Psychology. It's about the association of souls from the past to the present. The previous lives could be made us hurt or happy, but after all of that we learn about how to overcome suffuring, and love more. In this book, the psychology hypnotized his two patients to return to their previous life. This helped them to know why in the present life they cant overcome unhappiness of losing a loved one. And finally they understand that if they still love the deceased, they will meet them in the future. Behind, the psychology not only examined his two patient but also help them - two souls(a women and a men) which had been lost for thousand of years, could find their destiny again and they got married after that. This book made me feel so relieved and loved more.

When i read *crime and punishment novel* firstly , i wasn’t able to understand how he feel or think , but when i continue reading i start feel empathy for him , and in time i could know how he feel when he do the crime .

Amazing! I knew the several benefits of good habit of reading, but I didn't know that this could also improve people's empathy! The best Spotlight value is that each affirmation is demonstrate with scientist studies and declarations so we know that these are surely true or at least that these aren't invented by any person.
I think that the one thing which could change my life is my difficult situation in the past. I learned how to be careful with people and not trust in one especially at work... This past story which made me changed Completly

I read a book called "The Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini. After reading the book, I literally cried on the status of many men and women in Afghanistan and how civil war has been affecting them ever since, till now! It was also relatable, sine me being in India, many of us faced the similar kind of scenarios where men and women are affected on a daily basis. But, there's an issue within me that I control my emotions so much, that now it is becoming difficult for me to cry in itself, whenever needed! Anyhow, this was a wonderful video and thanks for making it.

The book that has strongly changed my behavior about everything in life is "The Hidden Messages in Water". The author of this book is a Japanese writer and scientist, Masaru Emoto. He showed the results of his research about the different behaviors of water molecules when they are put in different environments. The water samples which placed in the bottles labeled with the loving notes such as "I love you", "Thank you!",... formed regularly beautiful crystals. In the same way, the ones in the bottle labeled with "I hate you", "You're stupid",... are out of shape. The same results also happened to the water which heard different kinds of music (classic, romantic, hard rock,...) or which taken from the urban lake that has positively changed after the effect of prayers. It somehow seems to me that not only water but also everything around us can be affected by our most subtle thoughts. It made me feel grateful and awakened whenever I have an ugly feeling to others. In my opinion, this book has suggested a beautiful lifestyle, a solution to transform our troubles. What a worthy reading book!

This book had a real impact to my life, because when i read this? I felt like I am into the skin of the character, that I live everyhing he lives. Once I finished this one, I was so curious to know what is my real goal in my life, and how may I achieve it

His Book " Pather Panchali & Oporajito" is one of my most favourite books.This books Characters are awesome. When i was 20 I've read the novel entitled "Sous les tilleuls" for "under the lime trees'' I submerged in the innermost of the characters and I've cried in miserable way.. I've read it several times and I've wrote it down on my copybook..those feeling still alive in my whole entity as the same the cells still firing in my brain..
