Yes, there is, in this case the one I used in the video was Kinemaster, Flipaclip and Mago Video, Kinemaster to make the animation, Flipaclip to make the characters' fighting movements, and Mago Video to make the shake, more I currently use RoughAnimator, Kinemaster and Inshot, RoughAnimator to do the animation, Kinemaster to edit, put effects, sound effects and etc, and Inshot to put the texts, but I started using Inshot recently, and RoughAnimator is more complicated to animate, because the application is not a video editor like Kinemaster, and it's also like a PC program, and you have to download it from TH-cam because on the Play Store you have to pay
