Omg!!! I’m from Ecuador , living many years in USA , my grandparents had vacation properties many years ago In Nanegalito, Nanegal and my childhood was filled with precious memories, I came across this video by accident, and you took me to see ,some of those roads and breathtaking views that I loved in my childhood and teenage years. Thank you!!!!! I hope I can visit my country real soon 😄✨
You should totally return. There’s a tax incentive to get Ecuadorians living overseas to come home. You can import a car duty free. Now, I believe you have to wait 5 years before you can sell it, but if you have family here that could help you out with that, you could return for a vacation and possibly make an easy 5 to 10k because many cars are double to triple the price here. Yeah, I’ve been exploring all over that Nanegal area lately. There’s so many hidden roads and communities that aren’t on any map. Definitely one of the best parts of Ecuador and so few people know about it. They all go to Mindo instead and walk around in a crowd of other tourists.
I always enjoy your exploration videos. Please don’t stop making them ever. Although you mostly show places I’ll probably never visit I find your travels wildly entertaining.
I hike all the time with my German Shepherd, would love to hike Ecuador, wish I could bring my off road Tacoma, love going off the beaten path lol. Great videos!
Holy crap, I've never seen one of your videos pop up the day it's uploaded! I've been watching super old ones. Your stuff is great! I took a shot at a DOS contract at the embassy in Afghanistan and will most likely be heading out next year. Keep up the videos!
Awesome. I’m heading back that way this month. Flying to Fluor’s headquarters on Sunday and will probably be in Bagram within a couple weeks. I’d love to hear more about the embassy work. I don’t think I qualify due to too many foreign contacts to get a secret clearance, but I’m very curious about that world and would love to share what info is safe to share with my viewers.
Good content! I urge u to produce more, and consistency pays off, it doesn't have to be "exciting", just seeing what you encounter with the various job locations etc is great! Keep it up, and thank you!
Thanks. Yeah, I am bad about slacking off. I’ll try to upload more consistently, though I tend to approach this more as a fun hobby than as a career that requires I keep on producing even when I’m not in the mood.
Awe man, I was just out that way hanging out in Canoa (video coming soon). Maybe next year. I’m off to do another contract in Afghanistan so I’m saying goodbye to Ecuador while I refill the bank account.
Greenland worked out ok. It was only a 2 month contract job. Might go back for a future season, but right now it’s winter there and they do not employ an electrician in the winter.
@@FallofftheMap yes, sad story. Can’t imagine it. I’m sure if the were poisonous you could have dealt with pooping your pant all the way back to town. I shit my pants a couple times in Ecuador. 😯
What a Shame that entire area should be protected from corporate growth., plumping and septic systems can fix the pollution to a point but the locals should be plumbing their own homes no sewer then dig a septic tank.

nice vídeo amazing Nanegalito
Thanks. Really, Nanegalito was just the town I drove from. What you see in the video is mostly the Pacto and Nenegal area, ending in the Intag.
Que agradable sujeto
Good vid bro.

@@FallofftheMap nice
Well.. you’ve lived through bombs, what could a couple berries do?
Have you read Into the Wild?

I absolutely agree with you. There are well meaning folks buying up patches of it trying to keep it safe from corporate farming.
So you must speak Spanish, yes?
Si.
Poo loo aa way aa lmfao WHAT? Didnt you hear anyone pronounce it?
Yeah yeah, I’m pretty bad at pronunciation with a lot of these places.
