Pretty sad. How much weight was added to this build? Colin is rolling over in his grave. You don't drive an Elise to look BA... you drive a Lotus to push your driving limits. I have removed stereo, speakers and AC. BTW, you don't remove the bumper. You remove the clam. The shift is not weird, second cam comes in at 5400, and Chapman always wanted the stick no more than on hand width away. Need to do the research on what is truly a racing machine for the road. Brand loyalty? You Tube hype? C'mon... You didn't even take it through a turn at speed.
Totally agree with your comments, I don't understand why people feel the need to put aftermarket parts on a vehicle made by lotus? They are renowned for their vechile development and research skills spending thousands of man hours in making their cars the very best they can be. JUST maintain and service the already excellent car. It doesn't need all the aftermarket trinkets.
This Elise is awesome.
Thank you for your review.
Thank you for watching!!
Awesome love the sound of the elise 🤤
Thank you!
Care looks awesome great build 👌🏼
It is VERY well done!
Love those alloys!!
Thx. So at your height you never get one? Not enough headroom?
6”5 and no super cramped!
How tall are you? Did your head hit the roof once you were fully seated?
Haha yes I did and I’m 6”5!😂
What is the wheel fitment it’s gorgeous
I do not know I would have to ask owner!
getting in and out is absolutely ridiculous but what a car this is!
Right?!?
@@farfromaverageautomotive totally dread it and getting older doesn't help but once inside it's magic
Glad y'all enjoyed the Elise! Happy to share it with you and hopefully we can take it out again sometime soon 🤙🏼
Can’t wait!
hello i love your wheels whats the name of them?
Those tail lights look great. Mine has the original stock ones.
Cool interior. Red is a very traditional interior color for early Lotus race cars.
It was mind numbing in person and surreal to drive!
Fml when’s he replacing the clutch he’s riden the hell out off?
Sweet car tho 👌👌
Haha idk
You riding the clutch between shifts
Thanks for telling me…
Lol this car is not for tall people😂
Not at all!😂

When we highly disagree and love everything about this car we value your opinion!😉
