I love your teaching methodology and love to join your classes but unable to do so. This actually how he talks, you may say this is his style. I am sure you are satisfied with his analysis on the US FP. Focus on that. Try not to judge people so quickly.
I think his stuttering is natural. This is not due to low self-esteem, but because of natural style of delivery. You should focus on content, not on style of delivery.
