I wouldn't buy a holiday home until the sector has overhauled its terms and conditions and begins abiding by both consumer and competition laws. As it stands now, it's an unregulated mess with a significant amount of bad practice which unfairly treats holidayhome owners.
Do your research before committing, then do more research.

I went to hayling Island last year for a holiday at hayling Island parkdean and now we are going again this year but buying a holiday home. We live in Portsmouth so it is close to home. We also have a dog. We are defenetaly going everyyear👌👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊😉

Owning a static caravan is like owning a boat... aslong as you have deep pockets your fine 😂 cheaper doing holidays abroad all inclusive a few times a year these days tbh so totally agree
