After reading the manga I realised how bad the adaptations really were, Serpico never had his eyes clearly open, when Farnese whipped Guts he didn't react at all and other things just added on top of the bad animation
I watched Berserk 2016 & 2017 and I know is awful but there is something beautiful in that horrible 3D animation. Hopefully the next Berserk anime will be as good or better than the manga
