On the most recent update to the app, the zoom in / out (pinch to zoom) when watching vid clips form notifications is pants. If you now get zoomed, you then almost cannot zoom out or manipulate or move around the image. Nuisance.

Is it need a speaker that will connect with DVR/NVR or not? I mean If I stop my children from mischief at home from office how will they hear my voice?

A few days ago, these options were working. Now you can't do two things at the same time. If you go to talk option, the camera talk is turned off. Again, when I turn on the sound option of the camera, the talker option is turned off. If you want to do one, you have to keep the other off. Can't speak and hear at the same time. But a few days ago these two tasks could be done simultaneously with the phone.

Talk with Channel - Voice broadcast to camera speakers and camera audio out.
Talk with Device - Voice broadcast to recorder audio out.

I wanted to bring to your attention that after the recent update of the Dahua DMSS app, the "Talk with Device" (two-way communication) feature is no longer available.
As a loyal user of Dahua products for over 8 years, this feature has been crucial for my use case. I kindly request you to restore this feature in the app as soon as possible.

Yes, Press the speaker just below the video and you will hear the microphone of the camera.
