As an introvert..if i were to own this..the "first bedroom" will be the living area/entertainment area for me..since the pedestrian gate will lead you there. Maganda din kung may bisita..they can just stay there 😂 and i can still roam around the 90% of my home..pero that's just me as an introvert 😂

.. ok na saNa' wla lang mga naka install na AC.. saka ung pedestrian gate, at devider sa labas bkt gnun.. . 😅😅Ung mga room sa taas ok sya, patii MBR' butii nman my bathtub.. mdalas nkukulangan ako sa mga MasterBedroom wlang bathtub.. . Ayun lng.. overall Okey Sya!

Maybe the pedestrian gate was made that way because the first room was really designed to be a den or a receiving area... not a bedroom. If you are to buy that house as is, would you make that as a bedroom with all of its glass door and windows? Syempre hindi. Besides, there are 5 bedrooms upstairs. Now if you want to make that den as a bedroom, simple... just keep that pedestrian gate locked all the time.

Awkwar nung pedestrian gate. Derecho sa bedroom. At akala ko service door yung una nyang pinasukan na door from carport. Main door na pala yun.

From pedestrian gate then papunta Ka sa main door parang ang sikip.. papano Kung medyo chubby may ari.. hahaha.. Sana tinangal na ung isang poste from pedestrian na papunta sa parking at main door.. but the rest is OK
