You guys just astound me with your finds. What a great hunt. On a side note, husband asked me what I wanted for my Birthday. I said a new metal detector, a NELs coil and a pinpointer. I would like the AT Garret, but I could use a little advice on which one. The price does not matter. I have a White detector, but it's 25 years old. Yes it still works, but I don;t find much. I'm sure the technology has improved since then. I know there is great finds up here in the northern Catskill's, I just need a machine that can find them. Thanks for making my day again.. Thank you Denise! I love the AT Pro and suggest it to everyone. It's my favorite machine. Easy to learn and waterproof. Best bang for the buck. Learn it with the stock coil first. If you feel you need more surface coverage and greater depth the tornado coil is awesome. They just came out with a thunder coil that big and light. I want one

Just dug a 72 Indian a few weeks back. I called my aunt and uncles front yard the Indian Head Burial ground because I have pulled 17 out of 1 little area.
Never hunted out! I was on a spot this week that has been hammered and still got a Seated dime, so great job! Of course, another guy gets a KGII penny, but I'm tickled.. So, sat down all around!
What a fun video! It’s know it’s old, But I’m catching up on all your old videos. I did get the Hoover AT PRO FOR CHRISTMAS … per your recommendation. I’m excited to start digging. It’s hardcore winter here in MN , BUT I will be in Florida in a couple of weeks and hope to try out the sand. Any tips or techniques on traveling with equipment or settings for sand? I enjoy some other digger channels but you guys are the best! Kurt, you do a GREAT job of filming and editing compared to all other youtubers!
Thank you For the kind words Amy. When at the beach you have to make sure you ground balance. The dry sand is the easiest. The wet sand can get tricky. Saltwater is the hardest. If the machine is unstable manually drop the gb till it stables out. Good luck!
