My doctor advised me to do these after covid to strengthen the lungs again. So helpful 🤗

I was wondering why I felt my lungs not as strong after COVID . When I told my doctor I had been in bed for two weeks she told me that they do respiratory therapy after three days in bed!

Hi Freya! This video is full of common sense and what you say about feeling there may still be some air left, I did feel as if there was some left, so I was so pleased when you added that! This is a really helpful video because for, there was a new dimension with the short quick releases of breath. I have heard someone in the past say that you must always keep the mouth closed when breathing in but it is you I am taking heed of. I have been working with appoggio for a fair while now and I think it works together very well with your advice here, THANK YOU!

Hi Miss Freya , your explanations of your awesome videos are really great. BREATHING- I started practicing breathing exercises 2 months ago, and also vocal exercises etc. Greatest help for me as a beginner. My heartfelt thanks to you, and May God Bless you always, and shower His Blessings forever. Thank you so much- " Daghang Salamat ". Greeting from Cebu, Philippines.

You should do these exercises every day. Your diaphragm is a muscle. Just like weightlifters hit the gym every single day to build up their arms.

One more question, when you showed an analogy to syringe, should the correct way feel literally the same: from bottom to up? To illustrate what I mean is first I should feel that the bottom of my stomach is empty of air, then the middle part and lastly the diaphragm? Thank you again.

Thank you Freya! I have a question... Are you pushing any of the air with your throat, or is the expulsion of air solely controlled by your diaphragm. The sound that you make with your first exercise when you push air out, sounds like you are pushing with your throat AND your diaphragm. I get ZERO noise from my mouth when i exhale solely from my diaphragm, but when i engage both thraot and diaphragm the sound starts to come out. Maybe i just have a weak diaphragm. But one should not be pushing from throat at all, correct ?

I wonder, why do you open your mouth when you inhale? Should I do that through my mouth because I close my mouth when I do it. If I try with my mouth open I tend to breath there. So im confused.

Always remember we must repent of our sins (sin is transgression The Law Of Yahuah The Father in Heaven. The Law are The Books: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, & Deuteronomy). We must repent of our sins and Have Belief On Yahusha The Messiah. HE Died and Rose three days later so that we can be forgiven of our sins!
