This machine reminds me when I was last in Italy and went through a very worn and old washtec but it was in much more bad condition and had so many epic fails. Anyways this machine is still going to need to be replaced
Worn out machines really need to be replaced because customers starts to avoid the service station if they see bad machines like this. Now this Teboil service station is closed and machine is gone forever.
I totally agree with you. When I originally filmed this 6 years ago it was in excellent shape. It's very uncommon to see a car washes kept in this condition. This better be the last time when I visit this. Here is a lot much better condition systems to film.
It needs to be reprogrammed and new brushes. It is not hard to change brushes and programming can be done via computer, but I think that sensors need a repair too
Yep it can be done. Problem is the owner of this system. He/She just doesn't care to improve the system. Long as it somewhat works He/She doesn't do anything.
Definitely time for replacement. Last time I watched your previous video of this car wash the brushes were a bit loose and the brush pressure was way to high. Not much has really improved over a year so I reckon this car wash should be removed because it's absolutely unreliable and there's a high risk for it to cause damage due to how badly maintained it is.
I was hoping for improvement but no. It is still in bad condition. Last time when I visited this I reported it to my local city facebook group and many people said that the owner of this car wash doesn't care. Nothing has changed. All other local Teboil service stations now use new Kärcher systems. I really hope this will be replaced.
Start program: 1. Classic wash 2. Hot foam 3. Sides high pressure wash (poor) 4. Washing the wheels (forward and back) 5. Top high pressure wash (poor and with epic fail) 6. Washing with brushes with shampoo 2x 7. Preservation of wax 2x 8. Drying 2x Finish program Very nice video and I know there was problems, but was that washing result good?
Because when it was spraying water from the drying nozzle (if you understand me) it was going way back from the car and went a bit to high for the car surface
This system isn’t in the best condition especially after the safety hazard with the side brushes on your last visit, this should’ve been replaced with a karcher system like 2 or 3 years already and now is definitely the best time to replace this. The lower tier of the brushes have slightly less material than the upper tiers. Didn’t you have this feeling on your last visit that the side brushes were going to come loose?
I had a hope that after a year it has been fixed or replaced, but no. I have visited much older systems what has been in MUCH better condition. At least this time brushes behaved better, but they still were too aggressive.

After what happened last time, visiting it again was a bit risky. I think this machine has reached the end of its life and should be replaced.

I don't think it needs to be removed. Just replace the old engine and it will work perfectly ..

During the drying sequence safety sensor drags on the surface. Paint damage is imminent.
Yes that is one of the many faults what this system has. Owner really should get it fixed or get a new machine.
