criminally underrated channel
yellla 27 very underrated
I choose to pass on this video for a couple of month because I wanted to finish the book. And being honest, the movie is way better that the book, Tom Ford’s POV smoothens the rough edges of the book.
The narration, writing and editing of the book was hard to follow and read all along; the book starts high and hooks you... then it goes flat and boring. And that never happens to on the movie.
Tom Ford did a great job!
This was a great review, thank you for it!!!
Just happened to stumble upon your analysis and loved it! I'm definitely going to watch the movie a second time, keeping in mind what you discussed.
I just watched the movie & loved it. Excellent cast. Micheal Shannon was intensely believeable, as usual. I haven't read the novel & though normally i prefer the book over a movie from what you said about the book it doesn't sound as though it would be as good as the movie. The all time worst adaptation of a wonderful book was "Beloved". What was Oprah thinking? Or was she? Lol
Me:“She is so hot”
Mind:”she is”
Loving the channel! You should do an analysis of a Ben Wheatley film, which one? Surprise us! 😊
