At 1:12 when multi was about to let his brother shadow know and at 1:21 were he doesn't want to keep his team in the dark he makes very good point one of the things about being really good leader that his brother shadow is trying to help him to be is communication that's most important part is communication his brother shadow and the rest of his team needs to know just as much as there leader and shadow is like his lt commander if the leader knows more than the team they won't be able to help out cas they won't have the knowledge another thing is preparation and making sure multi and shadow and his team are in tip top shape and sharpened focus in case major issues strike them cas they don't want to give the enemy any slightest advantage and them constantly training is how to do it but that's my personal perspective of what I think
