- You can easily grow Microgreens at home by reusing kitchen/food container. Microgreens are full of nutrients, minerals & antioxidants, they can contain 40 times more nutrients vs their mature counterpart. Alfalfa is a wonderful variety that grows in 5/6 days. #microgreens #foodlover #howto #gardening

I knew me keeping those very same sushi boxes would come handy one day 😂
Right? 😂those boxes 🎉❤ now we know 🎉
Gross. Why would you keep those. You might use a few for this video but that’s called hording 😂😂
@@LanceCarmony are you a gardener?… 😉😁
Do the same with green lentils it takes 6 or 7 days from sowing to eating and they taste like fresh peas .delicious .
You can sprout sunflower seeds ,pumpkin seeds .mung beans .aduki beans .alfalfa .sesame seeds etc .Happy eating
I keep old glass jars and rotisserie trays with the lids. Come in handy lol
Very very resourceful video. Many TH-camrs imply that Microgreen growing is expensive
So nice of you
Very easy and the seeds can be stored for some years ! 💚
Aww! Ill do this!!! The bite sound u did, made me hungry late at night 😅
Haha yes, love the sound too!
Thank you ❤I’m thoroughly impressed and inspired 👍✌️
You are so welcome!

Most welcome 😊
Sending love from Ontario (Canada) 🇨🇦❤️
Thank you, so simple! Why do some content creators make it seem so difficult and make it seem like a looooong process?
smiled at “Green Love”
Yeah me too
Your english with french accent is cute😍
Thank you! 😃
Thank you! I want to start growing my own micro greens very soon!

Thank you so much for these great quality videos
Getting all those great vitamins NATURALLY!!! I eat like a cup a day, and I feel soo great!!!
I love the confidence but what abt the forever plastic issue. Do we need to look for certain plastics like, 2,3,7…I think. Will it be healthy for a farmers market? 💚
So inspiring. You make it look so easy. ❤
Thank you so much!
Super! Those sprouts are so expensive at the U.S. stores. Thanks for the tip on how to grow them for less 💚
You are so welcome!
This is so much more economical than buying those fancy jars from Amazon, the ones to grow sprouts😊 💚
Regular mason jars and cheesecloth also work.
Now this is something I can do super soon! Ive gotta find some take out containers 👀 damn my recent cleaning frenzy!
❤😊
How long do you leave the sprouts outside in daylight? Until day 5? And do you place the entire thing in the fridge after it’s done growing or leave on your countertop?
Thank you for being French. 🇨🇵
It also works on cotton. :)
And paper towel
A cheese cloth also works and can be reused
His accent is so cute❤❤❤
amazing
Thank you! Cheers!

Thank you Sir. I will try your method
Always welcome
How did it go?
Thank you! Trying this out for myself and my lizard.
Thank you so much 😊
I like this guy😂

What brand of soil is best for micro greens?
I used seed spouting soil for a while which was good. But the best results are always when you use seed soil plus lots of coco peat.
Correct if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t it be better to add perlite or slow releasing fertilizer with the soil? The seeds need more oxygen when it’s developing. Compacting that soil only makes it hard for the roofs to penetrate the soil and makes it difficult to develop faster
Can you reuse the soil after harvesting?
*crickets*
That was simple 💯
Thanks bro
Looks delicious
Thank you 😋
Merci!
Great video!!! What type of soil is best for this?
I love your accent😊
Can i use lentils just to try before buying any micro greens seeds?!
Once chopped, will the greens re-grow for an endless supply? :P
Dear gardener, how to you make sure there will be no bacterial proliferation during your sprouting process?
MANTUL BANG ❤
🌷 Terrific. Thank you ;-)
Thank you! Cheers!
I would never use soil for sprouts. It adds nothing but mess.
My method is way simpler. Mason jar with cheese cloth instead of a lid. Seeds inside. Rinse and drain them once per day for about 4-5 days. Done.
Thanks for sharing.
Great video 😊
Thank you!
Thank u for u valeable information my bro.....
Love your vids :)
Glad you like them!
Can i reuse the soil?

I've always wanted to grow a small indoor edible garden. Is it safe to grow in plastic containers?
The French accent🤧❤!
Great work 👍🏻
Love this!!
Well done 👏👏👏🌱
Thanks!
Where to buy seeds from ??? Does it have to be specifically sprouting seeds or it one of those simple seeds used for gardening
This French.. you get an Abo now haha
Will it keep regrowing after it's cut or will we need to make the same steps each time to obtain them ?
Thank you man 🙏🏻
Zi accent iz lovely!
Sank iou!

Merçi beaucoup beh c'est délicieux
Thanks 🙏
You’re welcome 😊
@@thefrenchiegardener I'm definitely starting this amazing method 😻
Ohhhhhh .. nice
After harvest will they resprout
Merci
I facing a problem with growing corainder leaves from the seeds. I placed it in a pot and have been keeping it damp and in direct sunlight. It has been more than 5 days but no growth seen. Please help
I'm very impressed but I'm a total beginner. What in the world is "light soil"?
Soil made for seedlings so to grow from seeds
@@thefrenchiegardenerthank you,
I suppose it's something you have to buy in a garden center. Why not have a video on how to make different kinds of potting soil?
Did you water daily ?
You are french like meeeee😊😊😊😊😅😅😊😊
Hey how much sunlight does it need?
How long do micro greens stay fresh?
I wanna avoid microplastics, I’d probably use a different material container
Wow
The jar way is the better option
It doesn’t require soil
And it’s covered from the outside
Such a dust and bugs
They're only nutritional if the soil have magnesium zinc and other food grade soil
Soil minerals, if not the grems would only have fiber 😅
So after you cut the tops off and eat them, do you just throw the rest of the tray away?
This makes me happy as zee hippo
Can I ask you where you get your microgreens seeds from? I live in France ( but my French is still shit.. 😅😂) and I try to find a good place to buy seeds and stuff from, preferbly in large quantities
Hi, thank you for this! Does anyone know what kind of seeds are used?
It's Alfalfa seeds
Only use container with 2 [PE] or 5[PP] number st the bottom, he is using the one with number 3 that is not suitable for reuse.
Why do my sprouts take so much longer to grow?
why didnt you shake the seeds off
Great video bro
Does this can be apply to any kind of microgreens?
