Second video I've watched from you. Awesome stuff. I'm a private pilot and watch a TH-cam channel called "Pilot debrief". It is basically an experienced pilot explaining how the holes of a swiss cheese model of accident causation lined up to end up in a plane crash, usually with fatalities. He constantly offers the message that he only does it so other pilots can learn and NOT make the same mistakes themselves.
