@@TechNV I know this is old, but he is right. You are choosing the option to NOT isolate users. It says so right in the description of the option set you are choosing from in IIS FTP User Isolation. You're instead using directory level access controls to prevent users from accessing certain directories under ftp root. This will keep access isolated, but users can still see all the other user directories. You are not accomplishing ftp isolation here.
