That's awesome that you got to meet Chris Sarandon. I know him best from The Princess Bride, but his work on NBC is great too. He was supposed to come to SacAnime this Winter, but canceled due to a schedule conflict. He apologized and expressed hope to come to a future event.
Princess Bride is one of our favorite movies too! Mr. Sarandon was so freaking nice to talk to. I hope he can visit SacAnime in the future - that would be awesome to get a chance to meet him!
