Where are the pedestrians, the city only has cars, so 2024 should have a more lively city

2024 game and the city feels extremely dead, 0 npcs, the handling of the cars are terrible and also the performance is disgusting, I have a 4080 and it doesn't perform like it should. Super disappointing. This is only a demo so I hope they fix and improve the overall experience but I really doubt it
