TV Punjab47 is the exclusive channel for those interested in the History of South Asia that was re written when India was Partitioned and New Country Pakistan was created in resulted of Political struggle by the Muslims and Sikhs and Hindus both stood side by side while striving for freedom from the British Raj, When Second world war broke out India was given promise of freedom if Indian helped them to win this war and they did and Thousand's were Martyred on the borders unknown to them. when Bristh won the War the promise was to be full filled and how it was done Left a Mark of enmity among each others, Seed of hate was sewn till now both nations are standing with arms and nuclear weapon to Destroy each other, with their Left over Issues, For that they have fought three wars in the Past and things were not helping . then it was felt Let chance of peace be given and Hate in the hearts be addressed as both side were taught in this way that they were to blame others for every trouble. so To remove that dilemma Idea was to witness of that era be found and they be question how the Life was before of Partition and how it become during and after it. TV Punjab47 was the Lone from this side five years ego this channel searched those grass root peoples migrated from India to Pakistan and Also those living on this side of Punjab. when their memories were recorded and presented on this Plat Farm a ripple of change was developed in the attitude of both nations and many more channels joined the line on both sides and it soften the hearts and Borders was open at Kartarpur Sahib. In majority of partition stories it was Jats whether Sikh, Hindu or Muslim who were killing or being killed. I don't know whether it was impact or religions or some fault lines run in our genetics. Something very seriously should be studied so that we could live as brothers. Still on the borders our children are sacrificing their lives.

They are from the lineage of Dusal, Dusal, a yaduvanshi Bhati Jatt .King Dusaj (1043 AD) appointed Jaisal's younger brother Vijayraj Lanjha as his successor. After Vijayraj took the throne, Jaisal was driven out of the kingdom and formed an army. Vijayraj Lanjha died on the battlefield in the resulting war. Following this war, other Bhati Rajputs accepted Jaisal as their new king and stopped fighting among themselves; however, the city of Lodhruva was completely destroyed. With the waning of Buddhist influence and the re-emergence of Hinduism, some of the Bhati jatt split into Rajput and Kayamkhanis.
In the 12th century, the Jawandas settled in Bathinda, Mansa and Sangrur. In the 17th century, when ninth Sikh Guru Teg Bahadur, visited Malwa to popularise Sikhism, there were 22 villages of Jawandas. (Guru visited Malwa during his three successive trips to Kiratpur.)
A Harika Jatt named Durgu was also living there who was son-in-law of Jawandas. He served the Guru to his best. Guru told him that this area is going to be ruined and advised him to go back to his previous village in Doaba. Taloka, their chieftain, ignored the Guru.
Some time later the Jawandas were ruined by Muslim Sheikhs. Uprooted, some of the Jawandas went towards Saharanpur while others went to Bathinda (founded by Rao Bhatti), Mansa, Muktsar, Faridkot and Ludhiana. Presently they are settled mostly in the areas of Sunam, Barnala and Malerkotla.
Bhai Dharam Singh Ji, the second of Guru Gobind Singhji's Panj Piare (five beloved followers) was a Jawanda belonging to Hastinapur (Delhi). Before being baptized his name was Dharam Chand Jawanda.
Sucha Singh Soorma, who lived in the village of Sumau (near Sangrur in the Malwa Punjab) is a Jawanda. Sucha Singh is considered a folk legend (one of the famous Punjabi Kisse). He is widely admired in Punjabi culture for upholding the honour of his family by killing his sister-in-law Balbiro and her extramarital lover Ghukkar, who at one time was his own best friend.

@@baljitshergill2578 that all i have read on google and otherwise also I knew about it from ancestors, actually I wanted to know whether these musalmaan jawandha jut know all about their background. My complete village is of jawandha jut sikh between Dhuri and Malerkotla. Ancestors of my village participated in Baba Banda Bahadar army. I presume those who are settled in Saharanpur maybe from my village. As bhullar and jawandha reside in that village, . That all I heard in katha of Baba banda in Dukhnivarn sahib at patiala.

@@baljitshergill2578 I have gone through hundreds of partition videos, clearly they accept their conversion under the impression of baba Seikh Farid around 800 years before and again during Arungzeb regime.

@@baljitshergill2578 one thing is very clear to me as I am 1957 born. While I was around 6-8 old the old guys like dadi ,nani were keep considering themselves as Hindus. All riti rivaj were Hindu kind, our people have not taken any special oath to practice Sikh religion. Automatically punjabi speaking jut community turned into sikhism. There were 5 -10 akali type families in my village. Incase if we call them sikha, they were really feeling bad even they start quarreling. As u said baba seikh Farid was sufi fakir, what difference does it make but basically he was Muslim. It is very much true that most of his followers accepted Islam during that period.
