Why do people keep saying that Martin Odegaard is a flop. He's just a kid, no one should be expecting him to be playing regularly for Real Madrid. He's done well for the Youth teams in Madrid and is on loan at a club to give him good playing time. He's doing alright for himself
It's how Chelsea operate unfortunately they buy young prospects who won't make the first team purely to sell them on , the money they get is invested into buying first team players like Willian , Diego Costa etc . At least at Arsenal we give youth a chance :) and sometimes very successful .

Oya is incredibly talented. He’s prob more technical than most of the players in the Brazilian league, although he is not with the 1st team yet. I’d like to see him making some progress in terms of intensity and physical conditions.
