My guess is that off camera he was sliding them in through the hole. I can tell because when they reach the water in the other side they lie there dormant. It’s common among sea creatures to sort of play dead after spending some time without water.
You can also tell by how the camera when he walks away is being held by a man because it is moving a bit so that would mean a guy was standing there an intire day
After watching this many times i believed that this is staged The reason why it’s staged because if you observe carefully you can see that when the man leaves shouldn’t the cameraman also leave? Like you can see the camera moving and also switching places and catfish coming out I think what they did here is that they catch some few catfish and after the trap is done all they need the man need to do is leave and cut the video come back and drop the fished they caught making it seem real the obvious fact here is that we don’t see the full lapse of the catfishes coming out of the lake Which is suspicious anyways if you have any objections feel free to type
