    It's trauma energy stored in the body. I cried through my first experience and my body was going through sensations but I felt very light afterwards.

    Kundalini yoga works on the nervous system in a very unique way, that releases a lot of things we don't even know we are holding. It's not dangerous, it is deeply healing.

    All awakenings are natural. Shakti visits us when it’s the right time for our soul to take the next step in evolution. To pulsate Kundalini can only be done by a super natural force. Yes it can be intense and traumatic, blissful and ecstatic. Both sides of the coin. Light and darkness. Heaven and hell. It’s all worth it in the end, in my experience this has certainly been the case and I’m so grateful.

    Everything, in my opinion, relies on your perspective. The rise of Kundalini, like a snake changing its skin, can disclose and transform feelings if you channel the power. Being honest with oneself can be traumatic. It's possible that not everyone is prepared to accept the ability to perform greater things. It will mostly depend on what you are thinking, how you are doing, how you are using that energy, and how you are navigating into that type of cosmic vision.

    In one of my first kundalini yoga classes, a ton of trauma came to the surface and my entire body locked up in some sort of seizure. I've never experienced anything like it. • @user-mi3cv2iv5y
    @user-mi3cv2iv5y 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

    Yes there is a mass kundalini activation culture being marketed online where ‘practitioners’ are marketing they can activate or even awaken peoples kundalini, but it is not either one of these at all. Human beings don’t activate or awaken each others kundalini, this is a virtue we access only directly with Source after much preparation and internal work. Humans have a god complex and are addicted to worship. Willingly handing your power away will not result in kundalini activation or awakening. It’s an illusion and a distortion, and it’s dangerous to be attempting to access this energy before we are ready. There’s no cheat code to bypassing the steps in the process. It’s a massive con that so many people have fallen for.

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      200% agree. It’s a process of unlearning and relearning. And the nervous system has to be tuned and ready. Body, mind and spirit need time to feel safe. This happens through individual effort and commitment. Nothing less. Putting energy in the hands of another is a distortion of the ancient technology and often leads to crisis.

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This type of thing is why Kundalini Yoga scares people. It's important to let everyone know that Kundalini and Kundalini Yoga, at least the style that we practice, are not the same thing. The reason we do Kundalini Yoga is to gracefully and seamlessly accommodate the natural flow of life energy, which is what Kundalini is. It gives life to our life. It is the engine of our soul. In Kundalini Yoga we strengthen our nervous system, re-calibrate our glands, balance our energy flows, and purify our ego so that our life can flow and we can be congruent in Self. With regard to Kundalini Yoga, for people who are feeling overwhelmed by an energy experience, it's far more dangerous NOT to do it!

      You said, "until the outside world got involved"
      Yes, there are techniques to shield the outside world from the swirling of energy hitting them and turning it into chaos for the innocent bystanders.
      And -
      Your outer world is a reflection of the events going on in the inner world inside you. The outer world is merely a physical projection of what's going on interiorly.
      Maybe taking a few days to spend time in nature to allow things to integrate within before reentering the daily world may be helpful.
      When you interact with people spinning so fast and they're not, your fields hit each other and everybody goes flying across the room. Being a tornado or earthquake in your reality can bring buildings down to the ground, yes? Lots of clean up, lots of extra work.

Were my panic attacks a sign that my spirit was trying to push me in a direction? They have since stopped, and I now know I create my reality. And now feel empowered, and would love any advice. Yup spirit is always ready, i've noticed that since i was a kid. Nothing is scary about the experience, especially when u have energy workers around to help u through. Trauma levels really play a huge roll. The way i explain to ppl is just like electricity from the power lines must be toned down to work in ur home or else it will cause damage, if ur bodys isnt prepared to handle too much energy at once that energy will throw the body and u can get hurt in that case especially if u were standing so when u have experienced light workers helping u through, they make sure u stay low and make sure ur environment is clear and that reaction is definately from just having a lot of trauma and just letting it go vs someone who has done shadow work. Westerners just insert fear into everything and try to commercialize sacred practices for profit. Coming in contact with other entities gets ur kundalini going too because of their energetic level and sometimes u speak to them in languages u do not know or understand outside of the experience and thats because our divine connection, we dont know all but we r all knowing beings. We can channel and we have ancient knowledge poured into us. Its so much more than westerners care to understand, but not scary. Ppl r just taught to fear things they dont know and understand.

    • @empressswiss2080
      @empressswiss2080 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @Cristal same but not the same as different cultures approach to god is different. They are not the same in practice, one is way more advanced spiritually and physically and aint nothing evil about yoga. The church teaches principles but yogis actually practice what they preach, there is way more peace than in church, peace like u have never known it b4 . Yoga takes a different route and is actually more spiritual than church and i grew up Pentecostal so i know. Holy ghost Kundalini same thing. However, yoga teaches u how to master that energy and channel it vs in church where u dont even learn how to jold on to the energy it kinda just passes through you. Trust me church church does not even know d half of what its like to be connected to God, that divine energy is so much more than d church teaches and through yoga u heighten that connection to the divine and u see and experiece god outside d box the church puts god, the divine being in.

This practice involves wim hof like breathing and then taking a final deep breath and holding your breath and bearimg down on the last breath of 10. This preasure pushes synovial fluid against the pineal gland releasing endorphins while slowing your heart rate. You feel amazing after and at ultimate please. I began practing kundalini yoga learning from a book by Hiroshi Motoyama at a young age. I would hear metalic humming and music at night meditiating before bed and felt strange energy jolting through my spine in spasms around 14.
    About a year later I recovered the momments before CSA events and steadily understood my life was blacked out from 6/7-12 from dissociative amensia due to repeated CSA. I was taken advantage of again at 15 and put up with the absuive relationship hoping to leave a toxic household foolishly. I got a restaining order recently and I just turned 20. I want to start doing chakra work and kundalini yoga again with more research though it's hard to find good sources that don't seem to be pushing fear? I hope I'll be ready to confront any more trauma that comes up.
    I think my spirit companion or someone else stepped into my body for those traumatic events to spare me, there were times in my childhood where I was outside my body and someone else moved it. So a part of me hopes I'll be protected from things I don't know if I need to remember. Do you think this fear could hold me back or could it be possible those memories will continue to be held from me?

    Is this also what psychedelics do? Can you learn to be at peace amidst these traumatic feelings?

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Good questions. Psychedelics are different. Kundalini yoga works on your nervous system. To clear stress cycles so you can be present and conscious. And that is exactly where peace amongst the hectic pace helps the most.

    • @NateGarcia-po4gp
      @NateGarcia-po4gp ปีที่แล้ว

      Certain natural psychedelics such as mushrooms can make the trauma's within you surface just as a spiritual awakening does. Mushrooms heal your central nervous system and your spiritual nervous system or the Chakra system. Non-psychedelic mushrooms like lions-mane heal the nervous system and brain as well.
      The reason people experience so called negative energy is because the chakras are over or under active due to not knowing thy truest essence.When one is unhealed one still operates from the ego and traumas from the sub-conscious mind. Plant medicine and Kundalini energy burn all that you are not until the realization of whom you truly are remains.
      The limited mind will experience always experience illusory traumas during ego death/transcendence. It's you facing your traumas to evolve. The path of least resistance is realizing you are not the mind, body, or thoughts. You have a body, mind, and thoughts. What we truly are is conscious awareness that has always been perfect.
      On one's journey there is no right and wrong only awareness and separation. The further we distance ourselves from awareness the further we distance ourselves from ourselves.

    I foolishly jumped into a Kundalini Yoga session at my now Exs house and immediately felt like reality was unfolding. Almost like I had been living inside a movie set. I had one profound thought which led to another and before I knew it I was moving so fast thought the house that I began to actually freak out my ex. I was uncontrollably paranoid and for lack of better words felt like the oxygen and gravity turned off and came to a starting realization. I am. I remember telling her I realized I was god and she just look at me horrified. She was threatening to admit me into a mental hospital and I ended up having a really shakey couple days after that fact. But slowly reality started to piece back together.

Lucifer ALSO wanted to be like the most high and rise above the creator. . The old serpent dipicted in the bible is still using same tactics today to trick and come sometimes as an angel of light even, to decieve people that WE can create and that We are the higher power! They need a body and they want yours. Nothing good will ever last with demons being in your soul. Jesus Christ never said We are God. We are made in His image. We are His Children. Trauma definitely has a role to play on how well we can work with spiritual energy. And trauma has an impact on the nervous system. That’s my theory.

    wait aren't those just natural symptoms of growing up except the numbness which is I find is more like feeling the difference in the capacity of energy verses what is used which results in a mild numbness.

      This type of thing is why Kundalini Yoga scares people. Kundalini and Kundalini Yoga, are not the same thing. With regard to Kundalini Yoga, for people who are feeling overwhelmed by an energy experience, it's far more to do it to get centred and grounded.

    Can someone activate another person without them knowing and against there will? And if yes they would do this to bring chaos and pain upon the person they are activating against their will?? I think someone may of done this to me when I was in my 20s (Long Story)

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi yes I’ve heard of this happening. Mostly from people who comment on on my videos or done consults with me. There are spiritual lineages that offer this “initiation” and there are individuals who do this to others either for money or for power.
      I never recommend this - outsourcing consciousness to another person is not a good idea. There is no accountability and usually nervous system that cannot sustain the energy rise.
      It’s messy.im sorry that happened to you.

      More than one person has proposed a theory that the kundalini-activation process can be triggered much more easily than many people would believe, but precisely because so few people prepare for it or can find what they need to guide it, 'misfires' can cause serious damage...

      The idea of kundalini rising is really about Vegas nerve toning. When the nerves are strengthened and aligned life gets clearer.

    Then what is kundalini awakening?

  • @johnnywick1110
    @johnnywick1110 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I've meditated for a while, feel like my ego is almost nonexistent but on a subconscious level, there is probably a lot of it there. I'm quite peaceful, don't have intrusive thoughts and idk. I've done kundalini yoga for a while, I've included most popular, potent kriyas there are into 1 set, I do extra chanting, isha kriya, I do the kundalini visualization guided meditation, third eye ones, none of these two are opening.
    I've tried doing it in a way that I don't set any incentives, just be in the present, I've tried setting incentives, goals, a purpose of each days meditation, still nothing.
    And then I see all these warning messages that it is very potent, powerful, scary. Idk man...I like scary and potent and I'm not seeing any of that. Don't know if I'll ever awaken it but will see.
    I've also tried nostril breathing exercises specifically designed for kundalini awakening as well and those don't work either.

      Yes and without training or understanding of trauma based practices - things go sideways. That’s not kundalini. That’s a flashback.

    My friend used to do a lot of kundalini and something horrible happened to her. It was like her emotional body shut down. She couldn't move her eyes or feel her bowels, she became extremely suicidal and started coming up with ways to end her life and attempted it several times. She also struggles with depersonalization and anxiety but never depression before this, and she was completely out of body during this experience. It took her 4 months to start "thawing." She is better now but still doesn't know what caused it. She's been talking to a therapist but doesn't really think she has any major trauma from her upbringing. Have you ever heard of anything like this? She has a baby now and is afraid it could happen again.
