Impressive. I’m a lance main but my build and play is much noobier than you. Always happy with my times at 15-20 minutes in some of the harder hunts, but then I see your gameplay and it inspires me to get better
You can check it all out at 4:59 The only switch skill I use in this run that isn't available in the base game is sheathing retreat. You need to wait for sunbreak expansion to come out on xbox for it.

How do you have your dogs set up gear/skill wise? I took a break from the game for a few months and now all I see are people running dogs instead of cats, so I feel a bit lost lol
doggies doing so much damage too hot damn. I love using lance against furious Rajang too . similar build and counter strategy but I don't have guard lv3 and im too lazy to change to elemental dogy. average about 6 to 7 mins run. I guess the dogs really makes a big difference. i noticed that taoiw is agrrasive with attacking but jek-dog just standing there sometimes... what made the difference?
Yeah dogs are not balanced. I even had a clean hitless run, but slower time due to dog rng. It is what it is. I'm not 100% sure, but I think for lance you need to anchor rage for dogs to use their best move. You also just have to hope they go close.
@@holymonster6907 indeed indeed indeed. I tried with different weapons today. hammer is insane and hilarious with them dogs... now im just imaging Powder Mantle turning blue and anchor rage with offensive guard and dogs fan move. its so fun to play now!
