Most of the songs in Herzeleid are underrated imo. Probably because of how early it is in their discography, it sounds a bit generic but it's still good quality. Much more different than modern Rammstein, such as their 2019 album and "LIEBE IST FUR ALLE DA." They've grown and changed considerably.
That's the greatest trait music has, it has a primeval quality that transcends culture, language, race religion, whatever. Just something about it calls to you.
BlutEngel has the same song name, but the lyrics is different. Chorus of BlutEngel's version: Asche zu Asche und Staub zu Staub, Und das Feuer wird zu Eis! Asche zu Asche und Staub zu Staub, Und der Mond beruhrt die Sonne!
No, he wouldn't have. If you listen to the song-and pair itto the music video-Til Lindeman is essentially talking about how Germany, portrayed by the black woman, is constantly fought over, fucked over, and eaten alive by some rather unsavory characters. There's a depiction of Germania floating about with wings and a halo whilst the band members are crawling on hands and knees whislt framed with fire (i.e. a depiction of a heavenly, saintly country personified, and the hellish, demonic person who throughout the music video eat, kidnap and otherwise maltreat her). He says in the song: "Meine Liebe kann ich dir nicht Geben"-'i cannot give you my love'. Just that phrase alone would've ousted the band, and their message, in the mind of Hitler and the other hardcore Nazi Party members. Remember, in Fascism the only allegiance is to the sole, supreme power of the state. Hitler, in short, would Not have approved.

one of the most underrated rammstein songs

Wonder if Hitler would have liked rammstein?
Nope, he would have considered it "Degenerate Music"
