Jeera (cumin seeds)-- 1 teaspoon
Dry red chillies 🌶️ -- 2
Hing -- 2 pinch of
Fresh card -- 4 tablespoon
Kaju -- 7 to 8
Degi mirch powder -- 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder -- half teaspoon
Bhuna jeera powder -- half teaspoon
Coriander powder -- 1.5 tablespoon
Turmeric powder -- half teaspoon
Kasuri methi -- 1 tablespoon
