Aoa, we are planning to apply for sinp program. Is it necessary to have proof of funds before application or we can add the funds gradually after the application and during our process? And one more thing i wanted to ask is our score for sinp is 70 but this time the cut off score was 82 is it possible that the cut off score will go down in future?
But rent toooo high, i have seen videos where basement rent is about 900 1000 only. Might be prices vary from region
Gone are those days when Ontario had this much rent. Maybe Alberta still offer it.

Why you guys are not living in an appartment why basement???? What is the reason? Apartments are much good and near to main city to live. I am just curious why people prefer basements?

just in time before the harsh winter. brought back memories when I was in NYC, lived in a basement apartment. yes in your area rents are skyrocketed plus desi areas the competition drives it further up. for house hunting I have only one tip. make sure its walking distance from children' school.

You have bell high speed internet, now my suggestion is don't buy TV channels from them or any other service provider.
Just take IPTV, All Indian Pakistani, USA Canada And all other countries channels you will get. It's working on High speed internet. You just buy TV Android box around $140-150 (One time investment), you can use anywhere you move in future.
For subscription you pay only $100 per year

Canada has no waiting periods for most benefits whereas Australia has 2 years and 4 years waiting for some benefits. Check that out on relevant websites

Yeah we face these issues often.. try to go out everyday or two to avoid basement depression

Omg the rent is too much for a basement apartment. U could have paid a little more and gone for an apartment in first floor. U should have searched I feel its too much for the basement why to pay 2000 dollars and stay in a basement instead u could have tried for a proper apartment.
Research Apartment in these areas, nowadays minimum $2800/month plus utilities.
Are u sure Coz for a normal apartment u want to say it a more than 3000 dollar. I still feel u should research Coz now when home prices are going down there how can the rent be so much. Coz I checked in sons vlogs it's less I feel.
@@miarrahman2007 don’t feel, check website rentals.ca you’ll get whole idea. Home prices going down because people are not buying but they’re renting more because of high interest rate.
In Dubai same rent with semi furnished apartment or villa 2 bhk

The landlords in Canada has the legal responsibility to maintain temperature between 24 and 26C for basements in winter.

Basements are relatively cheaper to rent as compared to the ground floor or apartment for that matter. That's why newly landed immigrants prefer it cuz in most cases they don't have a job right away and it helps to save money.

Also if a family wants to stay a little far away from tha city what would be the rent one has to pay!
