Interiror k colours intehai khoobsurat hain. Swimming pool is like a small lake. Bedrooms bohat well designed hain. Lobby ka massive chandelier adds to the extravagance of this house. Lekin sabse bari cheez iski chatt hy. Itni well utilized... But no solar panels...
I have seen many houses, but i haven't seen such a well built and spacious aesthetic house in my life. Salute tó architect and interior guys. Some key feedback points will be: Front Lawn is too small (I would even like to add a whole kanal to it if money was no problem), main kitchen was too congested for this kind of spacious house ( it should have been double the size of existing one) would like to even reduce a bedroom for it no problem). The main T.V lounge sitting is not proper too far from t.v, only front seats ahed of both doors are good. If these three points get sorted out, it is undoubtedly the best house in Pakistan (I have seen many houses of this luxury). As for you, my constructive feedback will be that try to show outside view from the windows of bedrooms it plays a very important role in selection.

You have made a very detailed video which is nice and can help potential buyers but i would suggest that you need to slow down on your camera movement as it is inducing motion sickness for the viewers. Also try to use higher frame rates for making videos like these. Cheers

Design is absolutely amazing but why all these houses make side walls or roof walls less then a meter. It's very dangerous for kids especially. They can fell down and die. Even elders can drops from it... too risky ...
The house is designed beautifully. Did you show the 5th Bedroom? Have to also give credit to interior designer and decorator for choosing amazing theme of furniture. What Is the security system installed like? 37 crore is very reasonable and great value for money.

I thought Pakistan was going through a debt crisis and people are not getting food and such. I wonder where does Pakistanis have this kind of money to buy or build such a home? Didn’t IMF say, the rich have to be taxed more and subsidies need to go to the ‘poor’ and not the ‘rich’?
This stair case design , unfortunately, is kind of curse! Other houses with this design took years to sell. I would take this design and cut it to 60% and would prefer larger outside lawn/yard. Tremendous amount of waste in big bed rooms as you just go and sleep in the bed rooms. Also double height is sufficient on entry other wise very difficult for heating and cooling. Would definitely hire the interior designer. Good luck selling in the prevailing economic conditions unless some one uses it for money laundering.
