I forgot about this. I used to sing the "Do it, do it, do it!" all the time! Holy cow. If I die tonight, it's because this jingle made my brain explode.
I also had this jingle remembered incorrectly. "I had it in my head with "Don't" "Don't" "Don't" "Don't just think about it!" "Do it" "Do it" "Do it". I had even mentally accompanied each "Don't" with some idle person considering something but not doing it in contrast to people doing things with the "Do it" portion.
@@BetamaxKing It's crazy how the human mind morphs and changes our memories over time. I've often compared it to a 1980s school photocopier : you photocopy the last copy that your photocopied, and each time you do so, the image becomes murkier and the corners get blackened and the letters and images start to blend and distort... That has happened to me so many times! 🤣
@@VintageTVMemories The other aspect I've figured out about the human mind is it's not our ability to remember things as much as it is our ability to recall things. If you consider there's a toy or TV show or event you haven't thought about in years and all of a sudden you see something And that memory comes to surface. I'm quite confident we actually have valid memories for at least 80 to 85% of everything we've ever experienced, it's just the filing system sucks. We need too much specific input to get the output from our memories.
