A very interesting system, it reminds me of my D&D setting only cooler. The concept of a planet’s energy personified is a really cool deity, and I hope we’ll get to hear more about Raja and her fellows! Also lookin’ forward to findin’ out what the other divinities are too!
Thank you! There will be more information soon in a separate video where I tell the REAL story of the worlds creation/universal history etc. First I will cover the Moz and the Magic System in the next two videos though.
I'm very interested to learn what Avenal and Tanut are, since they aren't Weltengeist beings. Great video by the way! Sorry I didn't reply sooner about it. It's a perfect third part to our collaboration :)
So far I'm loving this system. The creation of the cosmic Weltengeist beings reminds me of the short story the Egg where the universe is an undeveloped god in a womb and all life is the development of this new gods consciousness. I also have a similar thing that happens in my own worldbuilding project where a god like race seeds worlds with life but it is not a natural process by any means.
Ah right question. So on the pot and water analogy of the Weltengeist, would the Weltengeist be the “pot” or the “water”? On that note, How do Newborn organisms, as well as Plants, first gain Weltengeist? Do they absorb it from the outside atmosphere?
If Weltengeist is in "correctly" preserved or prepared food and meat has the highest natural content, wouldn`t that mean, that a vegetarian or vegan Kinetics would always lack in power, compared to his colleagues? So wouldn`t that mean, that in the poorest class ( if we assume that meat is a luxury ) , there rarely could be future Kinetics, who could compare to well-feed middle-class or even slaves? And militaristic speaking for the navurians, Avari must have mandatory meat-rations or the equivalent of high-focus-food, otherwise they wouldn`t be able to perform, right? But what to do then, when you don`t like meat or have a medical condition, which necessites less meat-consumption? Do you pass up the chance, to get as powerful as you can be or in case of an Avari-Trainee would/could society/family/military force you or wouldn there be a policy, that wouldn`t allow Vegetarians to even try that career-path? Well, unless there is some plant-species, which can compare to meat, wouldn`t the language reflect that "meat-eaters= strong , veggies= weak"-dichotomy? I don`t want to force ideas on you, just showing possible, unintended pitfalls/messages.

Okay I have to ask. Is this a common way of writing English in some areas, or did you just decide to add older pieces of orthography that got retained in other languages back in? Because I do agree they're very useful, I've just never seen them used in modern English this way
@@dhe-origjin no no it's not that I don't agree, I've just never seen it before. It wouldn't work in most settings, but this is one of the few where most people would understand it well enough to process it, and I actually love the ones you chose

We will definitely talk about the Origins of the Weltengeist beings and what the other deities are :-)
I would love to learn a bit more about the Weltengeist beings and what really are Avenal and Tanud. Loving your worldbuilding so far!

Okay I am hooked!
Haha :-) Welcome to the World of Raja!
I really like the cannibalistic mage-cult!

Probably inspired by this as I am a fan of the Egg Theory

It would be the "water". They get it by the life force of the planet. Weltengeist isn't like oxygen or sth. and exists in another sphere of existence.
So awesome.
Thank you!
Great vid
Thanks, Nalik! :-)
Amazing!
Thanks!
So since cremation destroys the soul, does a forest fire prevent the plants from returning to the planet?
Yes. The overall energy of the planet can be restored though.

You are correct in almost everything you said. So I can answer everything with "Yes" :-D
So its just a worse Version of nasuverse magecraft
I am not familiar with Nasuverse Magecraft. It is ok, if you didn't like the video :-)
