It's a different ceo now, the board of directors has essentially been purdged, Gamestop is basically a different company now. It's all new people at the top, outside investors bought in to take over.

Went to a GameStop yesterday. The manager was an a-hole. He didn’t speak to me and my grandmother other than to snuggly correct me when I was obviously trying to “dumb down” gaming topics for my G-ma as if I didn’t understand what I was talking about. It was a really negative experience. He wasn’t kind whatsoever. Only go there for used games since I’ve got a ps5 disk version and used ps4 games are cheap now. The higher ups are terrible people and need to be fired. I really felt for the manger even though he was a jerk to me and my old grandmother.
The REAL problem is that people even today don't understand to send mass mailers blind rather than using the To field. By doing that you can't reply all. As an IT Manager I complain about that constantly. Manager sends an email to the ALL distro, then everyone starts reply all....

Sue based on the emotional distress and PTSD you suffer from Egg and GameStop knew it happened and did nothing about it. Odds are they'll just settle anyways and you'll get a quick $50 or $100k
