@TaddyDigest thank you, it's still only one low side connection even though it's a multi zone system? ( each head doesn't have it's own low and high connections )
@@TaddyDigest Yes but they are designed for the amount on the tag. So I was asking if you can tell by the sound that slugging has started, which I guess would indicate that outdoor unit is full and you should stop right away....
Education stuff that anyone with a mini-split will want to know. Another great point made!
Thank You Very Much my brother
Thank you very much for a simple how-to video.
That's an old trick. In winter is much more fun to do that.
Nice videos from you good man .
Nice video! Great job showing folks how it's done. 😎
Fantastic info! Thanks Tad!
Any time!
Great video. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
What about when it has multiple heads.
Same thing
Should you stop just above atmospheric if there is a leak in the coil to be repaired?
Is the procedure the same for multizone systems?
yes

This would need to be done if I need to replace a line set right ?
Unless there is added refrigerant for long lines. So, can you tell by the sound of it slugging? Or not?
All mini splits have an accumulator which should help with slugging
