  • How to Create and Manage Workspaces in RequestlyIn this video, we will learn how to create and manage workspaces, invite team members, and share rules in Requestly.Step-by-Step Guide1. Creating a New WorkspaceClick on the Workspaces option in the navigation bar.You can either join existing workspaces of your organization or create a new workspace.To create a new workspace, enter the workspace name and click on Create Workspace.2. Inviting Team MembersType the email address into the Email Address field in the modal.Enter the email addresses of your teammates you want to add to the workspace.Click on the Invite People button.You can also generate a link and share it with your teammates.3. Sharing RulesSwitch back to your private workspace and copy the rules into this workspace.Select one or more rules that you want to migrate to the new workspace.Click the Share button located at the bottom panel.Select the Avengers Team workspace and click on the Transfer option.Click on the Switch to the Workspace button to go into the Avengers Team workspace.Notice that you are now in the Avengers Team workspace with the rules transferred.4. Collaborating with Your TeamNow, you can collaborate with your team seamlessly. The good part is when you turn any rule on or off, it will not impact your team. The rule definitions sync, but the rule status doesn't.You can invite more people by clicking on the Invite button.
