Shibale is a marketplace in Mumias, Kakamega County. It is located opposite to Mumias Sugar Company. The place was once vibrant due to the increased cash flow from Mumuas Sugar Company workers. The company fell, and workers left. Shibale, including MUMIAS and its environs, is a shadow of its former self.
