Aap jaisa ki lagta hai kahin europe mein hain, yeh lagan aur peetal ke bartan kaise maintain karte hain- kali karaane ka kya karte hain. Just keep in mind for 1 kg meat there should be 250 gm onion and 250 gm yoghurt.ek pao piyaz and 1 pao he dahi.its my personal experience.if we take more,it will change the real taste.and i m glad to see that he used the same...
Hi chef, i wanted to know that if i take a under 700 gms chicken (we call it tandoori broiler here in dilli), it comes out fine but if supposing i take a 1.25 kg chicken and make a chicken curry, it comes out "foka" (bland and chewy). Why? What is the remedy. Marinate in raw papita/kachri, fry it first or something else? Thanks
It never happens to me or any body else. And never heard before. If you are using two different sizes of chicken are you making the equal sizes of pieces if yes the are you using more quantities of ingredients in bigger size if yes then nothing should be different
