I love every video and am so excited every time I get notified of a new one! As someone who has only climbed up to V6 (and my gym grades soft) it’s good to be reminded that, at any level, there is always something that can be improved. Very interesting insights from Katsu san. He is clearly an excellent coach. Also, Meichi is looking so strong! I hope to see him in many world cups this year and I can’t wait to see the Narasaki brothers on the podium together. Keep up the good work, Meichi!

Intresting training. The logic is a bit like leadclimbing a hard route. Where and when do you rest. How do you plan the totality of the 8 boulders. It’s indeed really targetting the mental game. Nice!.
