Man that’s impressive my friend some carve with a draw knife and some with a pocket knife but you don’t mess around carving with a circular saw good stuff.
doing that with a sillsaw is badass. great control. i've got the lancelot and gallahad shapers but i can see why the skilsaw does well here on the inside curves.

Bed frame looks great. Just watched the tent addition episode again. Yep still looks like it may take up a lot of space. We skinny guys can fit in anywhere though!
I have 4 or 5 Cedar Logs ranging from 3 in in diameter up to 7 in in diameter and they are all 8 feet long. Any idea what I could use them for other than making a bed? I'd like to use them outside but I don't know what to make.
very quick video for all that you accomplished, that's a lot of tedious work and imagination. very well thought out, nice job. I am not showing the wife this series of your videos or she will have me out in the garage building one. lol
Cmon Yooper you know you want to build one LOL. I know how I want to finish the headboard now and I just need to find the correct log for the main idea.
The footboard and headboard will come apart. I have those brackets that I will use so I can take it apart. When doing the video I put one screw in each end of the side boards just to hold it for now but yes it will dissassemble like any other bed. Thanks Ryan.
good night, your beautiful work, I'm Brazilian and I'm working with wood, eucalyptus, I've found it, I found your work, where you put these branches in the froresta to work, you'll try to make one for me too,
Im sure you saw that I did, I am a bit late getting to this videos comments. I thought I already answerd these but apparently I just read them and was going to get back to them. Thanks Shawn.

I like the simple selection of tools, most of us dont have an entire woodshop, great stuff

Man that thing is looking great. Awesome build!!!
That's not gonna be a squeaker, it's beautiful and TY for sharing.
A squeaky bed drives me crazy, if it squesks I will glue it and screw it together so it will just have to stay in the tent addition forever lol.
gotta admire you,,I'm hanging out in the low desert CA..
Beautiful bed! God bless!
Thanks Don. it has been raining steady here for 3 days, I could use a day of that dry desert air about now. Thanks for the comment. Joe

Looks great, Joe. Now, if you could just craft a mudbug out of some pretty cedar to go in the slot at the headboard, you'd be all set. lol
Looking just awesome hun!!
Thanks AJ. Nice hearing from you.

You still have a bunch of snow wow. I'm almost fishing and I'm in Ontario.
Snow is gone for now but its been steady rain for two days and more coming with some possible snow. I am dreaming of dry warm weather. Thank you.
I totally understand your artistic indecision. ~ j
Artistic Indecision. hmmmm now that sounds really nice. I always think of it as.... What the hell am I gonna do now? LOL Thank you. Joe
JoeandZachSurvival Also, I think you should make a matching wall shelf for tchotchkes.
I had to look that word up LOL. I take it you mean trinkets and not what wikipedia says is the jewish and yiddish meaning LOL.
JoeandZachSurvival Right. Sorry for sending you to the dictionary. LOL!
That is just beautiful, coming along nicely. My wife was watching also and now asked why I don't make one. LOL
Thanks for sharing.
Mark

Envy you for that little woods/forrest you have. What type of trees are they?
Looks great Joe! Now are you just mocking this up then tearing it down to move? Or just moving all as one piece? Looks heavy!

Thank you for the inspiration to build a log baby crib. It turned out great, check it out on the video I posted.

Now for the hardest part: the woman who'll appreciate you.
You'll find her.
Kids, don't try these circular saw methods at home!
Nice job! Check out my visit with a mink this morning.
Please rabbit update.
I will do a short rabbit/hobby farm update in the near future. Thank you.

If you watch Wranglerstar you can learn how to do this a heck of a lot easier
Actually I do watch wranglerstar, He is very smart and he does things very proper. However this is our way of doing things.
I like your style
TURN OFF THE RADIO IN THE BACK ROUND. So annoying.
