Is a 3/2 the same thickness for any materials? Is 3/2 cotton the same thickness as 3/2 wool or 3/2 linen? I'm curious about that tool to measure it. I am pretty sure the different materials have different weights and therefore a lb of each of them will be different yardages.

Thanks for asking . For this recording I was focusing on Cotton, cotton blends and rayon type yarn. Other fibers do use different measuring for size and yardage does differ. I will add this to the description to clarify.
