Heyy shiba when I downloaded the gt lite it banned me in a private code and once I got banned it gave me a entire new account named goober and I lost my other account and can’t log back in on pcvr

i got banned from the Shiba Genesis server because i was using the menu factory restarted my pc as always. Got mods working Used genesis loader i tried to get my key again so i can use it in the loader, BUT it said i needed to select my payment method AGAIN. even tho i already used my payment method. I was using the pobux method so I entered my username, again, and got BANNED from the server. please if this is an issue somehow fix it. Im pretty sure that i still have the banned message
