    Peruvian people had the same kind of phrase when we asked them to go to church. They said "Si Dios quiere" which basically means, "if God wills it." whenever they said that we knew they weren't planning on coming. We would respond with "Dios si quiere!" God does will it! He does want you to come! haha. It's cool that people in Ghana had the same kind of response and phrase as Peruvians.

      Maybe they already have a personal relationship with God and Jesus. When I served as a missionary in Mexico, the people taught me by their own actions and the faith was evident in them.
