I love a dramatic, angsty, toxic relationship in a book but that’s probably because I’m in a happy, healthy relationship in real life so i need to feel some pain 😂

The angst and drama are top tier and normally I don't like cheating in books unless its with the hero and heroine but it worked for me in this one. I don't know, I just was able to look past it because they do have this severe depth of love for each other. I think you'll really enjoy book 3 because you'll start to really understand their motives, specifically BJ. But you said it, the name of the game is self-sabotage and you start to see why in book 3. And Daisy Haites cover might be my fav of the 3. Its so beautiful.

I'm not the biggest fan of cheating. Fiction or not, it is kind of hard line for me. But I haven't found a book that is good enough for me to look past cheating.

Magnolia Parks sounds so good!. I looked into getting it but 10 dollars!? I think I’m going to recommend through my library cause my library doesn’t have it yet.

I love love angst and somewhat toxic relationships IF and it’s a big if, the guy is redeemable but if he is full on asshole I can’t stand that. So I think I’ll pass on this one though I’m intrigued at the same time.
