- Kusal Perera’s quick-fire fifty and an unbeaten 48 from Dinesh Chandimal took Sri Lanka to a series-levelling two-wicket victory over Pakistan in the second One-Day International in Pallekele on Wednesday (July 15).

After this match Kusal perera was suspended for 3 yrs by ICC ( indian cricket council ) .The reason was the next year t 20 world cup in 2016.
Kusal this form would have been a huge damage for rivals and he was most runs taker 2014 t20 world cup including 4 half centuries .
This same incident happened to Akila Dhananjaya in 2017 ,after taking 6 wickets for 21 runs against india ,and he was dismissed by icc for 3 year and there was t20 world cup in 2018 so he could have been a real threat for indians 😡😡😡😡
Those two cases were the huge impact on sri lanka cricket within last yrs (2016-2021).
Meanwhile malinga was suspended by former sri lankan sport minister (Mr Jayasekara) due to released criticize the Minister with bringing a proverb 🤣🤣
Why would indian cricket board suspend him ( kusal perera) while he is playing for sri lanka ? Indian cricket board have no right to do so.

Srilanka were so pathetic in field in both the ODI's and that's what proved to be costly for them on the ist one, however they managed to level the series in the 2nd one. But their big concern was still the middle-order. They nearly choked the match. Anyways K. Perera was amazing and he is equally good now. Fantastic player under pressure situation. True class.
